We managed to go outside for a few hours – the kids needed to burn off their energy before going back to school tomorrow.
The sky was gray and almost sinister, but luckily, not a single drop of rain fell on us while we were out during the afternoon. At the park, I saw the Christmas lights still strung up on the trees and they looked like huge raindrops:
Both pictures were taken with the Pentax DA 18-50/4-5.6; not bad for a ‘kit’ lens! Truth be told, I had to post-process in RawTherapee though, but mostly to accentuate the colors that were fairly muted due to the light conditions.
Also – I’ve changed the template for my blog again. I tend to change the template at the start of the year…let’s see if I stick with this one.
